REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- BarBella Perfumes is dedicated to offering our customers the best shopping experience, enhancing their lives with our premium fragrances. Once delivered, opened or used products cannot be returned, as they cannot be reused or resold.
- Our perfumes contain active natural ingredients, and any damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under our policy. This policy also does not cover reactions or sensitivities to specific ingredients, so we advise customers to conduct patch tests as indicated on each product.
REFUND POLICY
- BarBella Perfumes is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. For any claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer care team at +919558954356 or email us at shop@barbellaluxury.com with relevant images and videos, using the subject line “Refund For [Your Order ID].”
- If you receive a tampered, damaged, or defective package, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner. For orders marked as delivered but not received, contact customer care within 3 days of the delivery notification. No refunds will be issued after this period.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, as they are set by the delivery partners. Cash on delivery refunds will be initiated to the customer’s bank account within 4-7 working days, following the provided instructions.
- Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order with the required details. Once accepted, the refund process may take up to 15 days. BarBella Perfumes will provide all relevant details, including transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.
RETURN POLICY
- In extreme cases of product damage during delivery (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items) caused during transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated following a thorough verification of our refund policy.
- Customers must contact our customer care within 24-48 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or leaked product to request a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order cancellations can only be processed before dispatch from our warehouses. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be applied to your order upon cancellation.
- For paid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days after the cancellation is accepted.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In the case of prepaid orders that are returned to the seller, a fee of Rs. 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
